"On top of old smoky..."

July 6 (Monday)-Smoky Mountains National Park
Day 5

It was hard finding the words to describe the Smoky Mountains at sunset. Mama Camp couldn't pass up a view. There is a small hike called "Chimney Tops" that we hiked for 20 min up and back to get a taste of the trail. The mountain laurels were blooming and nobody wanted to go home but it was getting dark and the Camp Director voted to head back before reaching the top.
